Whenever you remove, the viruses from your computer, C:\Windows\System32 folder will be opened automatically in Windows start up. This is one of the most common problems, which is being faced by the people often. This problem occurs due to left over broken start-up entry or a virus in registry, which means there are some entries in Windows run which are pointing to incorrect values.

•Click on START menu Choose RUN, type REGEDIT and press enter.
•Just navigate to the following path. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
•And navigate to the following path. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
•Check all the values in the registry that some files in C:\Windows\System32 which does not exist.
•Delete any registry with incorrect values.
•Close the registry and restart your computer.
